Amazing. Have worked with Dave so many times and he is the best. He is confident and knowledgeable. He doesn’t send my clients to all sorts of special inspections. He has been a builder for years so he knows if and what the issues are. He is not an alarmist or dramatic if there is a small issue. Buyers feel confident with him as an inspector and trust him.
