I had a closing this year with Mr. Mecca, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Throughout the transaction, he was not responsive, and my client experienced the same issue. Leading up to the closing, important documents had not been prepared, which delayed the process for weeks. His office staff was wonderful and did their best to pull everything together, but Mr. Mecca himself was largely absent during the transaction. Overall, it was a frustrating experience
